Unified window into your bidding activity

In the auctions section of your account, you can track and manage your interactions across various auction events. This section is divided into four tabs: watchlist, my bids, my offers, and bidding deposits.

The watchlist tab displays a table of items you've added to your watchlist. Each entry provides essential information about the auction lot, allowing you to monitor auction progress and take action when needed. You can:

• View the product name and the auction event to which the item belongs.

• See the date and time the item was added to your watchlist.

• View the starting bid amount for the item.

• Track the time left until the auction event ends or confirm if the auction has already closed.

• Access the actions menu (three-dot button) to quickly:

  • Visit the product page.

  • Remove the item from your watchlist.

The my bids tab displays a table with all the items you've placed bids on. You can easily keep track of your bid history and take quick actions as the auction progresses. Each row provides the following information:

• Product name and the date and time the bid was made.

• The current bid amount and the amount you’ve bid.

• The time left until the lot gets sold.

• The actions menu (three-dot button) with options to:

  • Place a higher bid or set/adjust MaxBid.

  • If outbid, see the option to bid again.

  • If you've won the lot, see the option to proceed with checkout.

  • For lots won by another bidder, view the bid history.

The my offers tab displays a table of items you’ve won at auction and decided to resell. This gives you control over your post-auction sales and offer management. Each row shows:

• The product name and the date and time the lot was won.

• The final bid amount for the item.

• The resale price you're offering the product for.

• The actions menu (three-dot button) with options to:

  • Remove the product from resale.

  • Adjust your resell offer amount.

The bidding deposits tab shows your current deposit balance and the maximum bidding limit you have based on your deposit. If you wish to increase your bidding limit, you can deposit additional funds. To deposit more:

• Select your preferred currency.

• Enter the deposit amount.

• Choose your payment method:

  • Credit/debit card – instantly updates your bidding privileges.

  • Dapi – redirects you to Dapi’s secure platform for an online bank transfer.

  • Manual bank transfer/wire – provides our bank details for the transfer. After initiating, email us a copy of the transfer request. Note: it may take up to two banking days for the deposit to reflect in your account.

With your deposit managed, you can continue bidding with ease and maintain control over your auction activities.
