Keep track of your transactions

The orders section in your user account page provides a comprehensive overview of your transaction history on the platform, including successful purchases, accepted offers, and winning bids. It serves as a central hub to track your orders, payment statuses, and shipping details.

Each order is displayed as a card, showing relevant details such as the order number, items included, total value, order date, and current status (placed, shipped, delivered, payment pending, payment failed). Available actions include viewing detailed order information, downloading invoices, or continuing the checkout process.

You can track your upcoming payments, remaining balances, and any shipping quotes provided. By clicking on an order, you’ll access a detailed breakdown including itemized costs, shipping fees, and an order timeline, ensuring you stay informed at every stage of the transaction.
