Before booking a yard tour on makana.com, make sure you have the required information ready.

For booking a virtual tour, all you need is to:

• Select the preferred date and time for your virtual visit.

• Provide your name and contact details (phone number and email).

The video call link will be sent to the email address you provide.

For physical yard visits, you’ll need a bit more information to ensure smooth entry into the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), where the makana.com yard is located. Follow the same steps as the virtual tour booking: select the date and time, and provide your name and contact details. Additionally, you’ll need to:

• Enter your document ID number (passport number or national ID number).

• Attach a copy of your ID/passport (front and back) in image or PDF format.

This helps us facilitate your entry into the free zone and cut down your wait time at the gate. Once the booking is confirmed, a gate pass will be emailed to you for seamless access.
