Things to keep in mind when registering your account

If you encounter any issues during the sign-in process:

  • Ensure you have entered your phone number correctly. No need to re-enter your country code, as it’s selected by default from the country list. You may also omit the first “0” in your phone number.

  • Check your SMS for the OTP and make sure it is entered correctly. It might have expired when you’ve entered it, so you need to request a new code.

  • Verify that your email address is in the correct format.

  • Your first and last names should only be in Latin letters with no numerals. Your company name can comprise letters and numerals, with special characters like hyphens (-) and periods (.). E.g. Dozer12, Excavation Works L.L.C.

  • Your password needs to be at least 10 characters long, using both lower case and upper case latin letters, numbers, and special characters like hyphens (-), periods (.), and underscores (_).
