Things to keep in mind when registering your account
If you encounter any issues during the sign-in process:
Ensure you have entered your phone number correctly. No need to re-enter your country code, as it’s selected by default from the country list. You may also omit the first “0” in your phone number.
Check your SMS for the OTP and make sure it is entered correctly. It might have expired when you’ve entered it, so you need to request a new code.
Verify that your email address is in the correct format.
Your first and last names should only be in Latin letters with no numerals. Your company name can comprise letters and numerals, with special characters like hyphens (-) and periods (.). E.g. Dozer12, Excavation Works L.L.C.
Your password needs to be at least 10 characters long, using both lower case and upper case latin letters, numbers, and special characters like hyphens (-), periods (.), and underscores (_).
