# Inspection reports

When a seller lists their machine on makana.com, our inspection team conducts a comprehensive evaluation. This evaluation covers multiple checkpoints across critical categories, with findings compiled into a detailed report. Each component is rated based on a standardized rating system, giving buyers a clear understanding of the equipment's condition. Once the inspection is complete, the report is uploaded alongside the listing for full transparency. Buyers can access the inspection report on the product page under the technical specifications section.

In the report, key details covering six main areas are highlighted, including the machine’s general condition, structure, safety features, control station, air conditioning, and engine. Below these details, buyers can choose to either "View all" or download the full report. By selecting "View all," a comprehensive list is displayed, detailing the machine's condition across various categories, such as:

* General
* Structure
* Safety
* Control station
* Air conditioner
* Engine
* Drive system
* Hydraulics
* Electricals
* Specialty components
* Chassis
* Undercarriage
* Oil analysis
* Pressure readings

In the “What we inspect” section, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of these points.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://makanaauctions.gitbook.io/support.makana.com/inspection-reports.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
