3. Intellectual property and your contributions

You recognize that Makana (or our licensors) owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including Auction Data, media content, software, and technology. This Agreement doesn't grant you any rights in our Intellectual Property beyond what's explicitly stated. You must not use, reproduce, or create derivatives from our Intellectual Property without permission.

If you submit ideas or feedback about the Services, you understand your submission is voluntary and not confidential. We may use your ideas without obligation to compensate you, and we retain the right to use similar ideas from other sources.
