Submission form

Fill in the details to list your machine

On makana.com, sellers can easily initiate the selling process through the "Sell to us" page. Navigate to the "Sell to us" page and click "Start selling now" to open the submission form. The form has two parts:

• Timeline (left side):

1. Fill the form

2. Makana.com expert contacts the seller

3. Seller receives an initial valuation

4. Choose selling channel (auction or direct sale)

• Form steps (right side):

1. Machine information

   1. Category: Bulldozer, excavator, etc.

   2. Brand and model

   3. Condition: Used or unused

   4. Year of manufacture

   5. Work hours/mileage

   6. Notes field: Add any damages, imperfections, or additional details

2. Upload photos

   1. At least 4 exterior images (one for each side)

   2. At least 1 interior image of the cabin (if applicable)

   3. Image of attachment (if applicable)

   4. Image of engine compartment

   5. Image of underbelly to spot leaks

   6. Image of odometer

3. Contact details

   1. Seller's name, email, phone number

   2. Company name and location

   3. Toggle to indicate if the machine location is the same as the seller’s location.

   4. Accept makana.com’s T&C’s to complete the submission.

When selling several machines simultaneously:

• Select multiple machines from the "Select machine" dropdown.

• Skip individual details and proceed to the contact details step. Our reps will follow up for more information.

Once the form is submitted, the process follows the timeline outlined on the left, starting with contact from a makana.com representative.
