Tour bookings

Quickly check your visiting appointments

In the tour bookings section, you can track and manage all your scheduled yard visits for inspecting machinery, whether through physical or virtual tours. You can view your appointments in either a calendar or list view, providing flexibility based on your preference.

In the list view, you can see a comprehensive table of all the products you’ve booked to view, along with key details about each appointment. Each row displays the following:

• The product name you're scheduled to inspect.

• The date and time of your appointment.

• The appointment type, specifying whether it’s a virtual tour or on-site visit.

• The status of the booking, showing whether the appointment is:

  • Confirmed

  • Pending confirmation

  • Canceled

• The actions menu (three-dot button) allows you to:

  • Book a new date if your event is canceled.

  • Reschedule or delete confirmed appointments.

The calendar view presents your scheduled tours in a monthly format, making it easy to see your appointments at a glance. Each booking will appear on its corresponding date, and the entry shows:

• The time of the appointment.

• The product name you're visiting.

• An icon to indicate whether the tour is virtual or on-site.

The appointments are color-coded for clarity:

• Light blue for confirmed bookings.

• Gray for canceled bookings.

Clicking on a booking in the calendar opens a pop-up window, providing more detailed information, including:

• Booking ID

• Product name

• Date and time of the appointment

• A brief description of the item

• A link to:

  • Join the video meeting for virtual tours.

  • View the map with directions for on-site tours.
