What to expect in tours
A detailed look at virtual/on-site tours
Whether you’ve booked an on-site or virtual tour, we’re here to ensure a thorough inspection experience for you. Here’s what happens during each type of tour:
On-site tours
After booking an on-site tour, you’ll receive a gate pass via email, allowing you to enter the Free Zone where our yard is located. Note: Entry through Gate 4 may not require a pass.
Upon arrival at the yard:
You’ll be greeted by one of our reps, and the tour will commence.
The rep will give you a walk-around tour of the equipment you’re interested in.
You’ll be able to access documents such as maintenance records, inspection reports, and other details.
In most cases, you’ll get to see the machine operating, allowing you to verify its working condition.
The rep will answer all your questions regarding the equipment’s usage, application, maintenance, and past work history.
You’ll get a complete picture of the machine to help you make an informed buying decision.
Virtual tours
On the day of your virtual tour, log into the Zoom call using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Once on the call:
A makana.com rep will greet you and begin showing you the equipment, both exterior and interior.
The rep will act as your on-site guide, following your instructions (e.g., opening the cabin, using specific controls, inspecting particular parts).
You’ll receive the same level of detail and information as if you were on-site, including access to maintenance records and inspection reports.
No detail is overlooked, and all your questions will be addressed during the tour.
Virtual tours provide the same thorough inspection experience, allowing you to confidently assess the equipment from anywhere.
